Range of hands

In every game of poker, it is the constant attempt for a player to try and visualize the kind of hand that an opponent might hold. This deduction can only be made after a few of the community cards have been dealt out and the opponents’ actions have been seen and noted.

Depending on the way a player plays and on the cards that are open on the board, experienced players can, pretty much, narrow down the possibilities of the hands that the opponent might have. The entire list of possibilities possible is known as the range of hands of that player.
