In draw poker, any game can be played in two draw phases. This ensures that there is more than just one betting round and the stakes of the game can be raised depending on the progress that each player makes in each drawing phase. In the case of the double-draw poker game, there are two draw phases and therefore, there are three betting rounds in the game.
