During a game of poker, seeing even one card’s face in the deck may make a lot of difference to the outcome of a hand. The most vulnerable card is the one at the bottom of the deck and to block its face, dealers, casinos and tournaments are known to use the services of a cut card. The cut card is nothing but a stiff, solid coloured card that makes it extremely difficult to see through. Therefore, the bottom card is blocked from view.
