In poker, a straight flush is one of the strongest hands that a player can get. In a straight flush, the player makes a hand that has 5 cards of sequential rank, and all belonging to the same suit as well. Due to their high ranking, amongst other poker hands, betting on a straight flush is considered the safest bet.

The lowest straight flush, such as A-2-3-4-5 of any suit, is known as the steel wheel whereas something like 10-J-Q-K-A of any suit is called the Royal Flush. The royal flush is the highest ranking hand in poker and cannot be beaten by any other hand, even any other straight flush.
