Five of a kind
Five of a kind is a hand that is only possible in games where there is a wild card variation. The variation basically means that a particular card, number or suit is chosen as a wild card and depending on the consensus, the wild card may either represent another card or act as a joker.
In either case, if a wild card is designated as a 6 of spades, and a player receives all four cards for 6 (i.e. all suits of five) in her/his hand, along with the wild card, then the player technically has five-of-a-kind in 6s. Along with the 4 normal suits, the player also has the wild card that is designated to be a 6 of spades.
Similarly, in the case of being a joker, the wild card can take on any value so if the player picks up four 9s or 7s along with the wild card, then s/he will have five-of-a-kind again.
